Resolution Guide: Error EOS_Auth_ExchangeCodeNotFound

Error Message

"OnlineSubsystem(EOS) Login failed. Error(Login(0) failed with EOS result code (EOS_Auth_ExchangeCodeNotFound)) Do you want reconnect?"

Cause

• Client version mismatch.

• Enable Offline Mode Browsing is on.

Resolution Guide

Step 1: Check & Update Client

• From the Epic Launcher's Library, check the client version.

• If the version doesn't match the latest, update your client.

Step 2: Disable Offline Mode Browsing

• From the Epic Launcher's settings, uncheck the 'Enable Offline Mode Browsing'.
